    The suite includes 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a kitchen with an electric stove, microwave oven, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishes/pot and pans/ utensils, dishwasher, living room, laundry room, and a bathroom. NOTE- this room does not have a standard oven.

Our Policies

  • Cancellations: Full refund up to 30 days before check-in or if within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.  For less than 30 days notice and up to 14 days before check-in, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged for Room 1 and Room 2 bookings, and a $80 cancellation fee will be charged for Room 3 bookings.  No refund if cancellation is less than 14 days before check-in.  Date changes will not be accepted if less than 30 days before check-in.
  • Minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years. Photo ID must be provided at check-in by the person making the reservation. All other guests must provide a photo ID and be over the age of 18, if unaccompanied by a parent.
  • Check-in 3:00 pm/ Check-out 11:00 am.
  • No smoking/vaping of tobacco or other substances within 100 feet of building.  This includes front and side patios, back deck and utility room, all inn rooms, and fenced back property.  Violators will be evicted without refund.
  • Registered guests only on the Inn property.
  • No hanging laundry or items to dry on railings or in public areas.
  • No pets.
  • No open flames in rooms. Camp cooking in fire pit area only.
  • A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged for smoking/vaping in restricted areas or for having pets in room.
  • Maximum number of guests per motel room is two, suite is four.
  • Quiet hours 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
  • Owner has the right to refuse service.
  • The Inn is not liable for any accidents or theft from cars, persons, or rooms.
  • No wading or swimming in the creek.
  • No weapons allowed.
