Cost for camping is $25 per person per night and includes access to the Appalachian Trail (AT) Room, located in the camping area, equipped with sink, toilet, shower, and washer/dryer. Use the AT room for laundry/drying. Do not hang personal items out to dry on railings or in public areas. Consult owner for where to dry large items (tents, sleeping bags, etc).
Cooking permitted in fire pit area only.
No pets allowed.
No smoking/vaping of tobacco or other substances within 100 feet of building. This includes front and side patios, back utility room (AT room), and fenced back property. Violators will be evicted without refund.
Back deck area is for inn room guests only.
Campers are asked to limit the use of the washing machine to one load per camper. Do not wash heavy/bulky/extremely dirty items without consulting the owner.
Maximum of 6 campers per night.
Note: personal soap and laundry detergent not provided but may be purchased in the General Store.
